About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead architecture initiatives for Enterprise CI/CD capabilities spanning source code management, software composition analysis, code quality scanning, automated testing, artifact management, continuous integration, deployment automation, and infrastructure automation platforms
- Define and evolve target-state architectures for modern software delivery toolchains including GitHub, Harness, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Black Duck, Artifactory, and related DevSecOps capabilities
- Partner with product owners and engineering leaders to define technology roadmaps and architecture strategies that improve developer productivity, software quality, delivery speed, and operational resilience
- Establish enterprise architecture standards, design patterns, and governance processes for secure, scalable, resilient, and supportable platform solutions
- Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and vendor offerings to guide strategic technology decisions and platform modernization initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to engineering teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and software delivery best practices
- Mentor architects and senior engineers, promoting architectural consistency, engineering excellence, and reuse across the enterprise
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 7+ years of architecture experience supporting enterprise software delivery platforms, CI/CD ecosystems, DevOps platforms, or developer enablement platforms
- 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing solutions using GitHub Enterprise, Harness, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Black Duck, Artifactory, or equivalent software delivery platforms
- 3+ years of experience with cloud-native platforms and Infrastructure as Code technologies including Kubernetes, OpenShift, Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, or similar automation frameworks
- This position does not offer Visa sponsorship
- Desired: 5+ years of experience working within highly regulated industries such as Financial Services, Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, or Government organizations
- Desired: 3+ years of experience supporting Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), API management platforms, quality engineering, or test automation capabilities
- Experience leading architecture for large-scale Enterprise CI/CD transformation, platform modernization, or DevSecOps adoption initiatives
- Experience with software supply chain security capabilities
- Industry certifications in cloud platforms, DevOps, DevSecOps, architecture, or related technology disciplines
- Experience working within large, complex, highly regulated organizations with strong focus on risk management, governance, and compliance
