About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior leadership and influence enterprise-wide technology strategy and AI adoption
Lead the design and implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent orchestration, planning, and tool-based execution
Drive development of end-to-end full-stack solutions, including front-end applications, backend services, APIs, and cloud-native platforms
Build and scale AI-powered applications, including virtual assistants, agent assist solutions, and workflow automation systems
Design and implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering frameworks, and AI evaluation mechanisms
Lead integration of AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, and external systems
Establish and enforce best practices for software engineering, AI governance, and platform reliability
Provide technical leadership across multiple teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned to enterprise standards
Collaborate with product, data science, and business teams to translate requirements into innovative engineering solutions
Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Python
5+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
1+ year of hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI or conversational AI solutions
1+ year of experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
1+ year of experience with LLM-based systems, prompt engineering, or RAG architectures
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar
Experience with Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar GenAI platforms
Background in contact center or conversational AI domains, including IVR, IVA, or Agent Assist
Experience designing multi-agent systems with planning, reasoning, and tool orchestration
Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and enterprise compliance practices
Ability to work on-site at approved location listed
