About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of consumer and business customer relationships
- Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking and credit strategies
- Drive balanced growth across deposits, lending, and investments
- Coordinate warm introductions and partner with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking
- Take ownership of qualified opportunities through closed outcomes
- Educate customers on self-service and mobile banking options to drive digital adoption
- Resolve account inquiries and service requests within authorized limits
- Document actions and establish follow-up plans
- Maintain accurate documentation, exercise sound judgment, escalate issues, and adhere to policies and regulations
- Support customers with account opening, service requests, and everyday banking needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or helping with issue resolution
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63, or FINRA-recognized equivalents, required to be active or completed within a designated timeframe
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam required for FINRA qualification exams earned after September 30, 2018
- FINRA Series 65 or equivalent required within a specified period in applicable states
- State Insurance license(s) required to be active or completed within a designated timeframe
- Required FINRA licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment
- Enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
- SAFE registration required at the time of employment
- Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements
- Must be able to comply with Wells Fargo policies concerning financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background
- 1+ year of financial services experience is a desired qualification
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations is a desired qualification
- State Insurance license(s) is a desired qualification
- No visa sponsorship
