About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to multiple executives, senior leaders, and their teams
  • Manage calendars, meeting coordination, correspondence, supplies and equipment ordering, and day-to-day business support
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, materials, agenda support, and action-item follow-up
  • Support recruiting and onboarding activities for newly hired employees
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing business initiatives, including tracking deliverables, preparing routine materials, and coordinating updates
  • Manage confidential information, communications, and documentation professionally and promptly
  • Collaborate with administrative partners, functional teams, and internal peers to support consistent, efficient administrative processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Experience working in the financial services industry
  • Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, schedule events, assist with internal and external presentations, accurately manage expense reimbursement, and manage a busy calendar and appointments
  • Experience working in project management
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to answer and manage multiple phone lines
  • Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
