Key responsibilities & impact

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management for assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
Write and execute test scripts and document results
Write user stories from requirements using SDLC formats
Gather and condition test data for Development and UAT
Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/competitor opportunities
Review requirements and build test scenarios and test scripts with minimal supervision
Make recommendations for support functions and provide support and leadership
Assist in planning and executing programs and initiatives involving risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate with team leaders on project plans, policies, and procedures
Lead relationship management and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners
Execute applicable risk programs, follow Wells Fargo policies and procedures, escalate and remediate issues, and make sound risk decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
4+ years of experience in UAT or other end-to-end testing
2+ years of contact center experience
Experience with test creation, planning, coordination and facilitating testing
Use of Agile and testing platforms such as JIRA and Octane
Familiarity with contact center routing platforms such as Genesys and Five9
Experience working with Agentic Voice Service agents and LLM speech application
Must meet Wells Fargo recruitment and hiring requirements, including accurate representation of experience and provision of information for lawful employment and education verification
