About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups
- Contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management for assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
- Make recommendations for support functions independently while providing support and leadership
- Plan and execute programs and initiatives involving risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures
- Manage relationships and implement programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners
- Translate business intent into clear, executable requirements for strategic platforms and legacy retirements
- Support organizational readiness for technology-driven change and product releases
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Experience with business banking technology
- Experience supporting technology and process changes from idea to execution
- Experience implementing industry-leading treasury management onboarding platforms
- Experience with strategic planning and execution
- Ability to scope issues, dissect them, and identify root causes quickly
- Capacity to deliver results rapidly, meet tight deadlines, and advance projects from conception to completion
- Experience working cross-functionally between business and technology
- Ability to simplify complex concepts in support of implementation execution
- Strong project management or change implementation skills
- Strong communication and leadership presentation skills
- Must be able to work onsite at one of the listed locations in a hybrid work schedule
- Must not require visa sponsorship
