About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement and support a variety of GPL products within the Fulfillment Platform and Vantage Portal
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of GPL products, features, and implementation processes
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact
Identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary
Identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures
Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks
Provide maintenance support for Lead IC teams
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to the team
Interact with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy
Support risk, compliance, governance, monitoring, escalation, and remediation responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of Change Implementation support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
1+ years of Treasury Management experience in Service and/or Implementation (desired)
Previous implementation experience (desired)
Strong attention to detail with a focus on risk mitigation and adherence to established procedures
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, think critically, and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
Flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Must comply with applicable outside activities and personal investing policies
Must directly represent own experiences during the recruiting and hiring process
