About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute servicing activities for moderately complex commercial loan products across the full life-of-loan cycle
Serve as a primary servicing contact for assigned relationships
Partner with Relationship Managers, Legal, Risk, Control, Technology, and Operations teams
Review, process, and support new loans, modifications, tranche set-ups, interest and fee calculations, and participation settlements
Evaluate servicing risks, resolve client and operational issues, and escalate matters to management
Ensure accurate data entry, reconciliation, and portfolio maintenance across systems of record, including LUCAS
Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance indicators
Recommend process and procedural improvements
Provide guidance, training, and subject matter support to less experienced servicing representatives
Participate in operational initiatives, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
2+ years of asset-based lending/syndicated loan servicing experience
Experience with commercial loan systems, specifically LoanIQ and Stucky
Experience servicing complex wholesale commercial loans end to end, including account reconciliation, debit and credit oversight, settlement, accrual, and fee management
Demonstrated ability acting as the agent in syndicated deals, coordinating funding and distribution across banks
Ability to calculate interest rates, including floating, fixed, term, and FX considerations
Ability to maintain interest and fee accruals and amortization schedules
Experience managing loan transactions, including advances, repayments, and disbursements, with accurate booking
Excellent interpersonal communication abilities to partner with clients, investors, and internal teams
Experience managing high-volume pipelines
Ability to comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
