About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement communications strategies and plans that drive business results
Translate complex business strategies and transformation initiatives into clear, concise, and compelling messages for internal audiences
Partner with business, technology, support teams, and project sponsors to align messaging to priorities
Manage end-to-end strategy and sequencing across multiple communications channels
Use AI tools to draft and refine communications
Follow content standards, review processes, and quality control to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and adherence to brand standards
Track and measure results to ensure alignment with intended outcomes and business objectives
Support Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management by helping financial advisors, brokerage branches, and business partners understand and adopt tools, technologies, and resources that support growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Experience developing internal communications strategies and plans that drive business priorities
Experience translating complex business updates into clear, audience-focused messaging
Strong verbal communication and stakeholder consulting skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities with strong organization and follow-through while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Experience working in cross-functional, project-based teams
Experience using collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
Experience using AI tools
Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
