About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the client onboarding journey by assessing clients’ goals, financial circumstances, investment knowledge, and advice preferences
  • Recommend appropriate wealth management solutions
  • Identify opportunities to increase assets under management
  • Help clients fund new accounts, expand relationships, and transition into aligned advisory solutions
  • Educate clients on self-directed investing, advisor-supported solutions, and professionally managed portfolios
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing advice
  • Deliver a high-touch service experience designed to drive retention and asset growth
  • Identify opportunities for additional products, services, and planning solutions
  • Navigate regulatory, compliance, fiduciary, suitability, and firm policy requirements
  • Resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Partner with peers, leaders, and business partners to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Provide timely updates, share outcomes, and deliver an exceptional client experience that fosters referrals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of Client Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • US only: Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 examinations, or Series 63 and 65, or FINRA-recognized equivalents, sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
  • Appropriate FINRA license(s) must be obtained and/or maintained for ongoing employment
  • FINRA Series 66, or Series 63 and 65, examinations or equivalent must be completed within 90 or 180 days following commencement of employment if not immediately transferable
  • Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory
  • Specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply
  • Must meet enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
  • Must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire
  • Must meet ongoing regulatory obligations, including periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents
  • Must comply with policies regarding outside activities and/or personal investing when applicable
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to use technology and digital tools for client engagement, onboarding, and relationship management
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
