About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support IAM Operations initiatives by analyzing processes, data, controls, and workflows to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Assist with access management, identity lifecycle activities, access reviews, and issue remediation
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, reporting, and operational artifacts
  • Partner with business, technology, risk, and product teams to gather requirements, track progress, and support IAM enhancements
  • Analyze metrics and operational data to identify trends, monitor performance, and provide decision-making insights
  • Support control activities including evidence gathering, walkthrough support, issue tracking, and remediation follow-up
  • Coordinate IAM-related projects, pilots, and process improvement efforts while documenting milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Identify manual processes and support automation and workflow improvements
  • Escalate operational issues, risks, delays, and blockers to leadership with impact and recommended next steps
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and working sessions representing IAM Operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement focused on operational effectiveness, control maturity, customer experience, and risk reduction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 3+ years of identity and access management experience in provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, authorization, or authentication
  • Experience in technology operations, information security, business controls, risk management, or financial services operations
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts including user access, provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, role-based access control, privileged access, or identity lifecycle management
  • Experience supporting audits, control walkthroughs, issue remediation, or evidence collection
  • Ability to identify operational pain points and recommend practical, scalable improvements
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Experience with tools or platforms such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, or similar technologies
  • Familiarity with ISO, NIST, SOX, or PCI frameworks
  • Ability to interact with various layers of leadership
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve deliverables
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Customer service focus and timely response to requests
  • Knowledge of business requirements and ability to gather and translate them into technical requirements
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project
  • Experience and understanding of application security architecture
  • No visa sponsorships or visa transfers for this role
