Key responsibilities & impact

Develop moderately complex technology initiatives, including companywide initiatives with broad impact
Utilize AI Agents to accelerate delivery of complex and large-scale business requirements
Apply continuous integration and continuous deployment methods while maintaining code stability, performance, and security
Resolve vulnerabilities in code or libraries and support mitigation of near-term risks
Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs
Apply Kafka event-based Spring applications on Kubernetes container infrastructure in multi-pod, multi-component applications
Maintain and troubleshoot common infrastructure-related issues
Share ideas and deliver results with relevant groups and individuals
Collaborate with technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues
Identify cross-team partnership opportunities and build effective collaboration methods
Build the modernized Global Payments & Liquidity Fulfillment Platform within the CCIBT team

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
4+ years of Java Development experience
3+ years of experience with Kafka and Publish-Subscribe (Pub/Sub) patterns tools
5+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise-wide information technology solutions
3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies
1+ years of experience delivering business solutions using AI Agentic tools
Financial Services or Banking experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Must be able to work on-site at the listed location
