About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development, implementation, and management of credit scorecards, collection and recovery models, and loss forecasting models
  • Lead complex analytical and modeling initiatives across Pricing, Risk, Finance, and Auto Lending operations
  • Review, analyze, and enhance statistical models and programming solutions using large-scale data sets
  • Generate actionable financial, risk, and business insights for strategic decision-making
  • Influence pricing strategies, credit loss assumptions, data modeling, and risk exposure decisions
  • Monitor and interpret Auto portfolio loss performance
  • Identify emerging trends, risks, model limitations, and opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy
  • Advise senior leadership on innovative analytical solutions with enterprise-wide implications
  • Apply credit risk, loss forecasting, and risk-based pricing expertise to influence origination and servicing strategies
  • Translate complex analyses and statistical models into actionable insights and strategic recommendations using SAS and Python

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Expertise in credit scoring, loss forecasting, and pricing strategies within regulated financial services
  • Expertise in SAS and/or Python
  • Expertise in statistical and advanced analytics techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and machine learning
  • Strong financial acumen, including pricing P&L impact, margin trade-offs, and portfolio risk dynamics
  • Strong proficiency in Tableau and Power BI
  • Experience building scalable dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and data visualization solutions
  • Experience interpreting customer and operational data and translating insights into business recommendations
  • Experience in auto lending or financial services
  • Experience operating in a highly regulated environment with Risk, Finance, Audit, and Regulators
  • Expert analytical skills with high attention to detail and data quality
  • Willingness to work on-site at one of the stated locations
