About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives
- Develop and implement information delivery or presentations for key stakeholders and senior management
- Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex Business Execution challenges
- Lead team meetings or steering committees to facilitate decision-making and support implementation
- Engage with professionals and managers across multiple lines of business as an experienced advisor
- Provide direction to cross-functional teams using business expertise
- Lead execution workstreams for Auto growth and capital markets-related initiatives
- Develop integrated execution plans, identify dependencies, track milestones, and escalate risks or decisions through governance forums
- Translate complex business, financial, and operational considerations into recommendations and executive-ready materials
- Conduct or coordinate analysis including industry research, benchmarking, performance tracking, operational dashboards, and scenario-based business insights
- Influence senior stakeholders and functional partners to resolve conflicts, align priorities, and advance strategic initiatives
- Prepare presentations and materials supporting leadership decision-making
- Identify knowledge gaps, process needs, governance requirements, and execution risks
- Support change adoption through communications, stakeholder readiness, and implementation routines
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Experience in financial services
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to create executive level presentations
- Ability to think strategically
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Knowledge and understanding of project management and implementation in a matrix managed environment
- Experience with implementation programs
- Willingness to work on-site at one of the stated locations
