About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of the COO Technology Product Operating Model
Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Business leaders to optimize organizational structures, product-to-engineering alignment, and operating rhythms
Establish product governance, portfolio management, and operating model standards
Define and implement value realization frameworks measuring business impact and benefits delivery
Redesign cross-functional structures, decision paths, and ways of working to remove barriers and accelerate execution
Develop governance and prioritization frameworks for investment decisions, resource allocation, and leadership visibility
Advise executive leadership on strategic tradeoffs, operating model improvements, and continuous improvement opportunities
Drive adoption of product-centric ways of working and measurable business outcomes across COO Technology

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
6+ years of experience in product management, operating model transformation, business transformation, organizational effectiveness, strategy, consulting, or related disciplines
Experience implementing or scaling product-centric operating models in large organizations
Strong understanding of product management, Agile delivery, organizational design, governance, and business transformation
Experience partnering with senior business and technology leaders to drive organizational change
Strong facilitation, influence, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align diverse stakeholder groups
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business transformation capabilities
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
Experience with Product-to-Technology transformation initiatives
Knowledge of product maturity models, product governance, and portfolio management practices
Experience with value realization frameworks and business outcome measurement
Experience supporting workforce modernization or AI-enabled transformation initiatives
Familiarity with organizational effectiveness, role design, and operating model optimization
Consulting, strategy, product management, or transformation leadership background
Ability to work in office
