About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow a portfolio of Emerging Middle Market clients with annual revenues of $25MM to $100MM
- Identify opportunities to expand Treasury Management relationships and deliver value-added solutions
- Partner with Relationship Managers to acquire new business, deepen client relationships, and increase Treasury Management revenue
- Consult with clients to understand business objectives and provide tailored solutions across payables, receivables, liquidity management, cash management, fraud prevention, and digital payments
- Analyze client needs and recommend Treasury Management strategies to improve working capital, operational efficiency, and payment processes
- Lead client discussions, presentations, solution demonstrations, and competitive opportunities/RFP responses
- Collaborate with product partners, implementation teams, and service partners to deliver a seamless client experience
- Maintain knowledge of Treasury Management products, industry trends, and market developments
- Mentor and support team members by sharing best practices and Treasury Management expertise
- Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Proven success building, managing, and growing a pre-existing Treasury Management portfolio
- Consultative Treasury Management sales experience, including cash management, payables, receivables, liquidity management, commercial card, and fraud prevention solutions
- Experience partnering with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities, win new business, and deepen client relationships
- Strong client-facing presentation, discovery, and solutioning skills
- Experience working with CFOs, Controllers, Treasurers, and other financial decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver results in a fast-paced sales environment
- This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
- Up to 30% travel required
