About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow a portfolio of Emerging Middle Market clients with annual revenues of $25MM to $100MM
- Identify opportunities to expand Treasury Management relationships and deliver value-added solutions
- Partner with Relationship Managers to acquire new business, deepen existing client relationships, and increase Treasury Management revenue
- Consult with clients to understand business objectives and provide tailored solutions across payables, receivables, liquidity management, cash management, fraud prevention, and digital payments
- Analyze client needs and recommend Treasury Management strategies to improve working capital, operational efficiency, and payment processes
- Lead client discussions, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Support competitive opportunities and RFP responses
- Collaborate with product partners, implementation teams, and service partners to deliver a seamless client experience
- Maintain knowledge of Treasury Management products, industry trends, and market developments
- Provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients
- Mentor and support team members by sharing best practices and Treasury Management expertise
- Fulfill applicable risk, compliance, governance, monitoring, escalation, and remediation obligations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is desired
- Proven success building, managing, and growing a pre-existing Treasury Management portfolio is desired
- Consultative Treasury Management sales experience, including cash management, payables, receivables, liquidity management, commercial card, and fraud prevention solutions is desired
- Experience partnering with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities, win new business, and deepen client relationships is desired
- Strong client-facing presentation, discovery, and solutioning skills are desired
- Experience working with CFOs, Controllers, Treasurers, and other financial decision-makers is desired
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver results in a fast-paced sales environment is desired
- Up to 25% travel required
- Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
