Manage and support a Middle Market Treasury Management portfolio across South Florida

Lead development and execution of solutions for highly complex business and technical challenges across multiple lines of business

Provide vision, direction, and guidance on enterprise-wide treasury solutions
Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams
Mentor peers and serve as a subject matter expert

Fulfill applicable risk and compliance obligations, including monitoring, governance, risk identification, escalation, and remediation

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Extensive experience working with middle market companies
Strong knowledge of treasury solutions, products, and services, including liquidity management and payment strategies
Proven ability to build strong partnerships through collaboration, relationship management, and communication
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with complex deal structuring and pricing strategies for treasury products
Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and cash flow patterns to recommend optimal solutions
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards impacting treasury management
Ability to influence senior executives and decision-makers, internally and externally
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
