Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex client discussions on international and cross-border payment solutions
Drive client engagement on international, cross-border solutions within geographic markets
Educate internal US-focused Sales partners on global solutions and trends impacting client bases
Partner with Canadian and UK Branch teams to refer clients and collaborate on multi-branch global deals
Advocate for development of global solutions within Global Payments and Liquidity Product organization
Provide oversight on pricing of International Cross-Border Payment proposals
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with broad impact
Participate in large-scale planning for Global Payments and Liquidity Sales
Review and analyze complex business, operational, or technical challenges
Collaborate with Global Payments and Liquidity Sales peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals
Support customer relationships within a risk-mitigating and compliance-driven culture
Follow risk and compliance programs, escalate and remediate issues, and make sound risk decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Experience in International Payments within foreign exchange, trade transactions, or cross-border transactions from a sales or product perspective
SWIFT for Corporates experience
CertICM designation, ACT
MBA
International work experience within banking or as a treasury practitioner
Ability to travel 50% of the time
Ability to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote
Must comply with applicable outside activities and personal investing policies
Must directly represent own experiences during recruiting and hiring
