About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage, lead, and build the Enterprise Model Validation platform, AI agents, and team
Drive development and delivery of AI agentic-based model validation, testing, and real-time monitoring capabilities
Design and deliver AI agentic solutions and systems on cloud-native environments such as Google Cloud Platform
Enable real-time processing and large-scale distributed systems
Define AI product requirements and manage the agentic product lifecycle
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Technology partners
Contribute directly to solution design, development, and execution
Partner with Model Risk and Model Development teams to build scalable platforms and agent-based solutions
Develop and guide a culture of talent development
Manage a team of highly skilled AI scientists and engineers
Drive automated validation and monitoring of models
Build strategic partnerships with Lines of Business, Technology, and Model Risk Management
Report to the Head of Frontier AI Model Methodology

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of Quantitative Analytical experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
3+ years of management or leadership experience
Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science
Prior experience as a hands-on technical leader building Agentic AI systems leveraging GenAI, including Large Language and Reasoning Models
Experience applying GenAI / Agentic AI across design, implementation, testing, and iteration
Experience leveraging AI coding copilots such as GitHub Copilot and agentic coding workflows
Experience in AI / ML model evaluation, validation, and real-time model monitoring
Experience in product development, product roadmaps, and go-to-market plans
Track record delivering in a fast-paced environment
Track record leading high-performing teams
Experience leading and managing teams in Agile development environments such as Scrum or Kanban
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong domain expertise in financial services and AI/ML delivery
Strong understanding of current and emerging technology, including Agentic AI
Ability to build partnerships with model developers, validators, users, audit, and governance partners
Prior experience in financial services or a related industry
Willingness to work onsite at a stated job-posting location
