About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire new affluent consumer and business customers and deepen existing relationships through outreach, referrals, and appointments
  • Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and provide tailored banking and credit strategies
  • Serve as the primary financial partner with comprehensive, multi-product guidance and ongoing reviews
  • Manage and grow a defined book of business using goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight
  • Deliver integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking
  • Coordinate warm introductions and partner with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams
  • Educate customers on self-service and mobile banking options
  • Advise branch colleagues on relationship development and complex client needs
  • Document customer interactions accurately, escalate issues promptly, and adhere to policies and regulations
  • Open accounts, handle service requests, and provide seamless everyday banking support
  • Transition from the temporary Senior Branch Premier Banker LP role to Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) after completing licensing requirements and SAFE registration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
  • 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
  • Experience recommending financial products and translating customer goals into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Experience proactively sourcing, acquiring, and deepening relationships through outreach and internal partnerships
  • Experience managing a book of business, documenting planning conversations, and following through to drive retention and growth across deposits, lending, and investments
  • Experience coaching or supporting peers
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, listen with empathy, and build credibility and trust
  • Financial services industry experience in consumer, home lending, business banking, or investments
  • 3+ years of experience in a licensed financial services position
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams or recognized equivalents sufficient for immediate FINRA registration
  • State Insurance license(s)
  • SIE exam for FINRA qualifications earned after September 30, 2018
  • FINRA Series 65 or equivalent within a specified period where required by state
  • Active or timely completion of required FINRA and state insurance licenses
  • SAFE registration at the time of employment
  • Ability to meet enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
  • Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements
  • Ability to work most Saturdays
  • Must meet Wells Fargo financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background standards
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship
