About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire new affluent consumer and business customers through strategic outreach, referrals, and planned appointments
  • Deepen existing customer relationships through discovery-driven conversations and tailored banking and credit strategies
  • Deliver comprehensive, multi-product guidance across deposits, lending, investments, home lending, and business banking
  • Conduct ongoing customer reviews across life stages and evolving financial needs
  • Partner with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to coordinate warm introductions and convert qualified opportunities
  • Educate customers on self-service and mobile banking options
  • Advise branch colleagues on relationship development and complex client needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, exercise sound judgment, escalate issues, and adhere to policies and regulations
  • Manage and actively grow a defined book of business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
  • 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
  • Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays
  • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 (or FINRA-recognized equivalents), active or completed within a designated timeframe
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam required for FINRA qualification exams earned after September 30, 2018
  • FINRA Series 65 (or equivalent) required within a specified period for applicable states, including Texas
  • State Insurance license(s), active or completed within a designated timeframe
  • Required FINRA licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment
  • Enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
  • SAFE registration required at the time of employment
  • Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo policies
  • Financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background standards
  • Not eligible for Visa sponsorship
