About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acquire new affluent consumer and business customers through strategic outreach, referrals, and appointments
- Deepen existing customer relationships through discovery-driven conversations and tailored banking and credit strategies
- Serve as primary financial partner by providing multi-product guidance and ongoing reviews
- Manage and grow a defined book of business across deposits, lending, and investments
- Coordinate warm introductions and integrated solutions with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners
- Educate customers on self-service and mobile banking options
- Advise branch colleagues on relationship development and complex client needs
- Maintain accurate documentation, exercise sound judgment, escalate issues, and adhere to policies and regulations
- Complete licensing and SAFE registration requirements for transition from the license-pending role
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 (or FINRA-recognized equivalents), active or completed within a designated timeframe
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam required for FINRA qualification exams earned after September 30, 2018
- FINRA Series 65 (or equivalent) required within a specified period for Texas and other listed states
- State Insurance license(s), active or completed within a designated timeframe
- Required FINRA licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment
- Enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
- SAFE registration required at the time of employment
- LO/CFPB requirements for loan originators
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship
- Credit report may be reviewed and additional ongoing screening may apply
