About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire new affluent consumer and business customers through strategic outreach, referrals, and pre-planned appointments
  • Deepen existing customer relationships through discovery-driven conversations and tailored banking and credit strategies
  • Deliver comprehensive, multi-product guidance and ongoing financial reviews
  • Manage and grow a defined book of business across deposits, lending, and investments
  • Coordinate warm introductions and integrated solutions with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners
  • Educate customers on self-service and mobile banking options
  • Advise branch colleagues on relationship development and complex client needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, exercise sound judgment, escalate issues, and adhere to policies and regulations
  • Complete licensing requirements and SAFE registration to transition from the temporary license-pending role to Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
  • 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
  • Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays
  • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63, or FINRA-recognized equivalents, active or completed within a designated timeframe
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam required for FINRA qualification exams earned after September 30, 2018
  • State Insurance license(s), active or completed within a designated timeframe
  • FINRA Series 65, or equivalent, required within a specified period for certain states
  • Required FINRA licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment
  • Enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
  • SAFE registration required at the time of employment
  • Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements
  • Must meet Wells Fargo policies concerning financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
