Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a portfolio of 6–7 products enabling modern software engineering at scale
  • Champion developer-centric, low-friction risk mitigation workflows through scalable self-service platforms
  • Lead adoption and maturity strategies to improve developer productivity, engineering quality, and release confidence
  • Lead and develop a high-performing product organization
  • Influence stakeholders across engineering, security, risk, and leadership to drive enterprise adoption and shared outcomes
  • Apply expertise in application development, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, Kubernetes, OpenShift, secure software supply chains, and platform engineering
  • Translate enterprise objectives into scalable platform strategies with measurable improvements in developer experience, quality, release velocity, and risk mitigation
  • Build intuitive tools and enablement platforms based on developer workflows and productivity drivers
  • Embed risk and compliance requirements into platform design, lifecycle governance, and release decisioning
  • Manage and develop teams of digital professionals and execute digital strategy
  • Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers
  • Identify and recommend cross-business programs and initiatives
  • Determine team strategy and actions for moderate- to high-risk deliverables
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with professionals at all levels, including senior managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 2+ years of Technology risk, control and governance experience
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Experience establishing a vision, developing strategy, and driving action through roadmap, goals, and objectives management
  • Advanced experience writing user stories and features and prioritizing work to align with a product roadmap
  • Advanced experience driving automation across software development tools and applications
  • Executive-level communication skills
  • Experience transitioning organizations to modern product and portfolio management practices, including Agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, modernization frameworks, and operational risk
  • Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule: 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote
