About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for HR Governance and Labor Relations capabilities
  • Leverage Workday as the primary platform and ServiceNow for supporting workflows and case management
  • Define scope, establish objectives and key results, prioritize backlogs, and direct analysts and delivery teams
  • Translate complex HR business processes, controls, and requirements into scalable technology solutions
  • Build relationships across HR, Legal, Risk, Technology, product teams, and business leaders
  • Lead discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and adoption activities
  • Guide analysts and Agile teams in translating requirements into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and roadblocks
  • Oversee Workday, Workday Extend, ServiceNow, integrations, and vendor-supported capabilities
  • Monitor roadmap execution, product performance, and delivery outcomes
  • Ensure alignment with HR Product Management standards, enterprise architecture, regulatory requirements, and evolving business priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 5+ years of HR Systems experience, preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations
  • Experience owning product vision, roadmaps, backlogs, objectives and key results, and delivery commitments while directing analysts and cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience with Workday, including Core HR or other functional areas
  • Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, case management, employee lifecycle workflows, reporting, dashboards, or related ServiceNow capabilities
  • Ability to design scalable HR technology solutions, translate business needs into a roadmap, and guide implementation
  • Experience supporting HR Governance, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, employee lifecycle, compliance, or other HR programs involving complex workflows and covered employee populations
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Executive-level communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience leading discovery sessions, workshops, roadmap reviews, and decision-making discussions
  • Experience operating in an Agile environment and translating requirements into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable scrum-team work
  • Experience leading complex HR technology initiatives involving integrations, workflow optimization, custom or cloud-configured applications, third-party vendors, risk considerations, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
