Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large-scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document technology projects and programs, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges and evaluate technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing or potential client needs
Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point
Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Leverage AI-assisted development tools and help shape the future of Wells Fargo's Investment Solutions platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
4+ years of experience in Spring Boot (Java ecosystem) or ASP.NET Core (.Net)
2+ years of experience in React or Angular
2+ years of experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL database
1 year of experience with AI Assisted Development, such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, or Codex
Ability to lead moderately complex technical initiatives and influence technical decisions
Strong collaboration skills with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in geographically distributed and cross-functional Agile teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and engineering practices
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to high-quality results
Customer-focused mindset with commitment to reliability, stability, security, and operational excellence
Must be able to work without visa sponsorship or transfer of visa
