About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web-based user interfaces using C# Blazor Server, .NET Framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks
- Translate Figma UX wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and interaction specifications into responsive, accessible, production-quality UI components
- Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, business stakeholders, architects, QA engineers, and backend developers
- Build reusable UI components, layouts, forms, data views, navigation patterns, and interaction flows for enterprise applications
- Apply responsive design across supported browsers, devices, screen sizes, and accessibility requirements
- Write clean, maintainable, secure, and efficient code following software engineering standards, coding conventions, and design patterns
- Integrate UI components with backend services, APIs, data models, authentication mechanisms, and application workflows
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance optimization
- Partner with QA teams on functional, regression, usability, accessibility, and cross-browser testing
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers on UI development best practices, Blazor patterns, component design, accessibility, maintainability, and front-end quality standards
- Support Wells Fargo’s risk, compliance, governance, monitoring, escalation, and remediation programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 4+ years of Software development experience, with a strong emphasis on web-based User Interface development
- Hands-on experience developing applications using C# Blazor Server and .NET Framework
- Strong proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant front-end libraries or frameworks
- Experience implementing user interfaces based on Figma UX wireframes, prototypes, design specifications, or equivalent UX design tools
- Experience building responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web application interfaces
- Understanding of component-based UI development, state management concepts, event handling, form validation, and reusable design patterns
- Experience integrating front-end user interfaces with APIs, services, data sources, and backend application logic
- Familiarity with browser developer tools, debugging techniques, performance tuning, and cross-browser compatibility testing
- Experience using source control tools such as Git and participating in branching, pull requests, and peer code reviews
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills
- Must be amenable to work in an Agile environment
- Must be compliant with organizational guidelines to work from office location

- Desired: experience with PCF/OCP, GCP, or Azure
- Desired: knowledge of WCAG and Section 508 principles
