Build and lead a team of engineering managers and engineering leads
Deliver commitments aligned to enterprise strategic priorities
Build support for strategies with business and technology leaders
Guide development of actionable roadmaps and plans
Identify opportunities and strategies for continuous improvement of software engineering practices
Manage financial planning and strategic resourcing
Lead implementation of projects and encourage engineering innovation
Collaborate with and influence professionals at all levels, including experienced managers
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Own the platform architecture, product roadmap, talent strategy, governance, and delivery outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
10+ years of management or leadership experience
10+ years of experience in network engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure automation, cloud networking, or software engineering
4+ years of proven success delivering large-scale infrastructure automation, autonomous operations, or platform engineering transformations
No visa sponsorship
Ability to work a hybrid in-office schedule
