About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Align stakeholders and leadership and prioritize what gets built and why
Lead user interviews, experiments, and data analysis to uncover insights and validate hypotheses
Work with engineers, designers, and data professionals to clarify requirements, solve roadblocks, and guide development of high-impact features
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve user experience
Define success metrics and track product performance against business goals
Own the product lifecycle from launch to sunset
Build and deliver solutions supporting caregiving members and internal care teams
Showcase the value of Wellthy’s service to clients
Report directly to the Chief Product Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-6 years of experience working with a customer-facing tech platform, with a focus on building and shipping products
Ability to obtain, extract, and analyze data to inform product strategy and uncover new opportunities
Strong technical aptitude, including an understanding of engineering capabilities
Demonstrated track record of owning, building, and launching successful products and features in an agile environment
Experience managing complex projects from ideation to launch, especially with limited resources and competing priorities
Strong writing and analytical skills to articulate a clear product vision and strategy
Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
Ability to wear many hats, think on your feet, and build solutions for different customer archetypes
Ability to manage tight deadlines, resource constraints, and meet targets and demands
Responsive and able to act with urgency
Emotional Intelligence - self-aware, socially aware, and able to remain objective
Openness to learning, experimenting, and evolving
Comfort with emerging technology and curiosity about using AI
Caregiving or healthcare industry experience is a plus
A Computer Science degree or engineering background is a plus
