Requirements

- Proficiency in strategy planning, coordination and execution
- Proficiency in change management
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leadership
- Ability to create alignment and drive change through people who do not report to you
- Self-driven, structured and comfortable navigating complex environments
- Ability to coach and share best practices with colleagues
- Experience from the maritime, industrial, manufacturing or engineering industry (meriting)
- Experience working in a global, matrix-based organization (meriting)
- Experience from product performance, manufacturing, operational improvement, customer-focused initiatives or similar business transformation projects (meriting)
