About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement
- Coach the team and stakeholders in agile principles, Scrum practices and continuous improvement
- Support delivery of digital services related to driver evaluation, coaching and performance insights
- Remove impediments and proactively address risks, dependencies and delivery challenges
- Foster collaboration between product management, development, UX, analytics and business stakeholders
- Create transparency around progress, priorities and team capacity
- Support backlog management and alignment between business goals and technical execution
- Drive improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency, quality and predictability
- Facilitate communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders
- Work as a servant leader in close collaboration with product owners, developers, designers and data specialists
- Lead agile delivery for digital route-planning services for a leading automotive and heavy vehicle company
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or a related field
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software or digital product development
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, agile methodologies and team facilitation techniques
- Experience supporting cross-functional product development teams
- Experience driving continuous improvement and agile maturity within teams and organisations
- Experience handling dependencies, risks and delivery planning in complex environments
- Ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across technical and business domains
- Hands-on experience facilitating agile delivery using Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Fluent professional English
- Meritorious: Experience from connected vehicles, telematics, driver behaviour analysis, mobility services or digital coaching solutions
- Meritorious: Experience working with data-driven product teams
- Meritorious: Experience from scaled agile environments or across multiple teams
- Meritorious: Understanding of UX, product discovery and customer-centric development
- Meritorious: Experience supporting distributed or hybrid teams
