Requirements
What you’ll need- Talent and a good eye for design
- Passion for design and a drive to improve things
- No completed degree in design required
- Training, university studies, or a career change are all welcome
- Good German language skills, with strong spelling and grammar
- Work samples/portfolio
- CV, portfolio, selected certificates, and a brief cover letter
- Interest in or initial experience with graphic design, web design/coding, or social media
- Willingness to use AI thoughtfully as a creative tool, not blindly
- A personal application written without AI
