  • Facilitate negotiations between businesses and candidates

  • Optimize recruiting strategies, job postings, and processes together with partners

  • Work closely with the Candidate Team to ensure the best possible match between candidates and businesses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Customer-focused mindset and a strong understanding of customer needs
  • Confident communication with decision-makers via email, phone, or face-to-face meetings
  • Structured approach to managing multiple projects
  • Solution-oriented, pragmatic, and independent working style
  • Sales mindset and ability to identify cross-selling potential
  • Analytical understanding, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable recommendations
  • Eagerness to learn, drive, and willingness to take on responsibility
  • German proficiency at C2 level, demonstrated through a CV or relevant certificates
