Key responsibilities & impact- Build high-visibility enterprise capabilities supporting a diverse software landscape
- Develop full-stack solutions using .NET, React, message systems, and agentic application development
- Drive business value through modern architectures, emerging technologies, and enabling capabilities
- Contribute to the enterprise technology platform
- Collaborate with a team focused on craftsmanship, innovation, and best-in-class engineering experiences
- Review and oversee peer proposals and solutions
- Build, test, deploy, and release code to the cloud through CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- .NET & REST expertise
- Microservices experience
- React & React Hooks
- Familiarity with API specification and practices
- Agentic development techniques, including agent and workflow orchestration, tool/function calling, human-in-the-loop patterns, and secure, observable agent design
- Automated unit, integration, and regression testing
- CI/CD pipelines to build, test, deploy and release code to the cloud
- Continuous advocacy of technical craftsmanship and preferred/best practices
- Review and oversight of peer proposals and solutions
- Practical experience with one or more of: Enterprise AI/LLM Engineering, prompt engineering, Microsoft Agent Framework, MCP, A2A, RAG, cloud experience, Microsoft Azure, event-driven design, Azure Service Bus, or NServiceBus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
