  • When working with students in a clinical setting, assume responsibility for students in clinical facilities
  • Clarify clinical expectations with students and clinical facility staff

  • Use pre- and post-conferences to connect theory content with clinical objectives and experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ prior experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in the field in which they teach
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with online learning management systems
  • Compliance with state, federal, and local laws/regulations and state Board of Nursing standards
  • MSN required
  • DNP or PHD required
  • Professional nurse licensure required
  • Education and experience must align with state regulations and state authorization agencies’ rules and regulations
