About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and implementation of SAP WM/EWM and LE solutions
Deliver project deliverables including blueprints, functional and technical specifications, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
Define and deliver the global design of Transportation Management across multiple ERP systems
Lead business needs related to freight order management, freight settlement, shipment costing, and bills of lading
Design, build, support, and maintain interfaces in EWM/TM areas
Collaborate with Logistics and Finance SAP Solution Architects/Principals on integrated SAP solutions
Support Customer and 3PL interfaces
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing sites to define user stories and recommend solutions or best practices
Partner with Application and Infrastructure teams to define strategic direction and deliver technical solutions
Participate as a core member of agile sprint teams to configure and develop technical solutions
Deliver functionality meeting business requirements described in user stories
Provide ERP system support and maintenance in alignment with West policies, procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements
Create and maintain system lifecycle documents, SOPs, SOIs, and job aids
Manage and collaborate with teams for allocation and delivery of work in the EWM space

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Systems required
Minimum 8 years of related work experience
4 or more full implementations of SAP required
Solid SAP skills, including system functionality and technical understanding of Plant Maintenance and related areas
Good knowledge and understanding of QM, Manufacturing, and other domains
Up to date on the latest ERP release
Strong HANA knowledge preferred
Ability to work in a virtual environment in a global organization
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Proficient English language skills
Willingness to travel globally
Ability to comply with relevant SOPs and company safety and quality policies
Agile and Scrum Certification, ITIL and SAP Certification preferred
Ability to work 12:00 PM IST to 9:00 PM IST
Ability to meet regulatory requirements including Sarbanes-Oxley and FDA GMP
