About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects focused on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end SAP SD/OTC solutions aligned with business processes and best practices
Configure and customize SAP SD, including sales, shipping, delivery, billing, pricing, and related processes
Integrate SAP SD/OTC processes with MM, FI/CO, PP, and WM/EWM
Lead and facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements, validate processes, and define solution approaches
Prepare business blueprints, functional specifications, process documentation, and other project deliverables
Support and coordinate testing activities, including test preparation, execution, defect resolution, and validation
Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities, including issue resolution and stabilization
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP SD, with strong Order-to-Cash (OTC) expertise
Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD/OTC processes, including order management, pricing, shipping, delivery, billing, and customer master data
Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA, preferably across transformation or implementation projects
Experience participating in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations, from requirements gathering and design through testing and go-live
Strong understanding of SAP integration with other modules, particularly MM, FI/CO, PP, and WM/EWM
Experience with SAP SD configuration, functional specifications, testing, and end-to-end solution delivery
Excellent ability to translate business requirements into practical, technology-enabled SAP solutions
Strong communication, presentation, and customer management skills
Ability to lead customer workshops and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels
Open-minded team spirit and ability to work effectively in both small local and large international teams
Experience mentoring or guiding junior consultants and contributing to team development
SAP SD certification is an asset
Advanced English proficiency
Valid passport and a valid U.S. B1/B2 visa
Willingness and availability to travel approximately 40%–60% of the time to client sites, including international travel as required by the project
