About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead manufacturing projects from contract award through final delivery.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, project controls, design, and quality engineering teams.
  • Interpret purchase orders, specifications, and engineering drawings to define manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and issue purchase requisitions for raw materials, components, and services.
  • Create detailed manufacturing flow charts and support production schedule development.
  • Prepare shop travelers for fabrication, machining, and inspection operations.
  • Partner with operations teams on fixture design and process optimization.
  • Lead pre-job briefings for critical manufacturing tasks.
  • Investigate and resolve non-conformances with internal teams and external customers.
  • Provide on-the-floor technical support to operations.
  • Report to the Engineering Manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to welding, machining, and non-destructive testing (NDT).
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Ability to work 100% onsite in Newington, NH.
  • Applicants must meet applicable United States and comparable export control requirements.
