About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead both the Katikati and Waihi branches
  • Take responsibility for branch development, leadership, and performance
  • Report to the Regional Manager
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to drive business success and customer loyalty

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven recent experience as a successful leader
  • Highly developed interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated experience in leading change
  • A strong commitment to coaching and developing others
  • A solid understanding of the local area (desired)
  • A tertiary qualification in Business (preferred)
  • FA qualification (desired)
  • CV and Cover Letter required for application
