About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute moderately complex accounting processes and transactions in accordance with internal procedures, applicable legislation, and group guidelines.
  • Perform accounting entries, consolidations, reconciliations, accounting controls, and document filing.
  • Support monthly analyses of accounting balances by identifying and explaining significant movements.
  • Review internal order activity.
  • Perform depreciation and amortization routines.
  • Prepare reports and controls related to fixed assets and property, plant, and equipment (PPE).
  • Contribute to the accuracy of accounting information, supporting internal and external audits when necessary.
  • Prepare Financial Reports for the SW Foundation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting and finance departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Availability to work in São Paulo under a hybrid 3-days-in-office/2-days-remote schedule in the Morumbi area.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Solid accounting experience, specifically involving fixed assets and property, plant, and equipment (PPE).
  • Broad knowledge of accounting, including related routines and processes.
  • Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP, is desirable.
  • Intermediate English is a plus.
