About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end marketing plan and execution for each product feature
  • Align feature launch plans with commercial teams
  • Drive channel plans with website, social, paid, and lifecycle marketing owners
  • Craft and set up emails, in-product messages, and Loom-style demo videos
  • Update product tours, onboarding emails, and the Onboarding Center for new launches
  • Run the monthly product newsletter
  • Partner on product content for major events including the annual spring release, Travel Innovation Summit, and Operator Innovation Day
  • Track feature adoption after go-live, identify stalled features, and determine fixes
  • Partner on the annual product webinar calendar and host live product webinars
  • Bring in presenters such as product managers, designers, engineers, and account managers
  • Run promotional campaigns for existing features needing an adoption boost
  • Localize content into Spanish when required
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketing channel owners, account managers, and customer support representatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of communication-heavy professional experience, including at least 3 years in B2B product marketing at a tech company
  • Fluent business English
  • Excellent storytelling in writing and on camera
  • Track record of successful B2B email and in-product campaigns, ideally highly targeted
  • Uses AI tools to work faster and more reliably while owning the quality of shipped work
  • Comfortable digging into data and surfacing independent insights
  • Fluent business Spanish and deep understanding of Latin American travel business culture (nice to have)
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms such as Customer.io (nice to have)
  • Experience with SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and other analytic tools (nice to have)
  • Video and audio editing skills (nice to have)
  • Full legal right to work in a LATAM country through citizenship or residency
  • No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is available
  • Must submit a 3–5 minute video introduction as part of the application
