About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own mid-level month-end tasks and reconciliations, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, payroll liabilities, intangible assets, and VAT returns
  • Own multiple areas of financial and tax-related audits and reviews
  • Own multiple bank reconciliations in a multinational/multicurrency environment
  • Assist management with integrating acquired entities, including ERP setup, statutory reporting, and documenting new accounting procedures
  • Own transfer-pricing entries as determined by an external transfer-pricing study
  • Support a world-class finance function ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight for company decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Highly proficient in NetSuite, Ramp, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of financial accounting principles; knowledge of US GAAP is a bonus
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Clear and effective communication; comfortable presenting financial data weekly
  • Experience owning multiple areas of the financial close process
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid or tech-savvy environment
  • Foundation or experience in accounting and familiarity with key financial processes
