About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the test strategy
- Analyze, assess, and challenge user requirements and User Stories
- Prepare test deliverables, including test plans, scenarios, and data sets
- Execute test campaigns
- Identify root causes and investigate issues within systems
- Analyze logs and run database queries
- Manage defects and regression testing
- Collaborate with the development team to investigate identified issues and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor functional and technical innovations within the scope of responsibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (BAC+5 equivalent) from an engineering, computer science, or business school
- Able to work independently on test design and test campaign activities
- Experience with multiple test management and repository tools
- Interest in IT department project environments
- Knowledge of complex systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Technical knowledge (APIs, SQL, etc.)
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Postman
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Well organized in managing your workload
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to propose solutions and take an active role in problem-solving
- Strong commitment to client satisfaction and client relationships
- Dedicated, with the confidence to express and stand by your ideas and convictions
- Proactive approach and ability to work as part of a team
