  • Offer/negotiate terms and/or take applications for dwelling-secured transactions in compliance with SAFE and related regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
  • Ability to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success
  • Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives
  • Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Experience and knowledge in coaching across customer segments, including affluent, high net worth, and small business
  • Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, internal partners and within the community
  • Extensive experience in asking questions and identifying complex financial needs in order to provide relevant options to customers
  • Ability to lead a team to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology and share the value of digital banking
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations, compliance controls, risk management and loss prevention
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and employees
  • Relevant military experience may include military protocol and instructions, enlisted evaluations, officer/leadership reporting, personnel benefits management, military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources, or military recruiting
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
  • SAFE registration required at the time of employment
  • Must meet Loan Originator qualification requirements under Regulation Z, including applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness, and criminal background standards
  • Successful candidates must meet ongoing regulatory requirements and additional screening, if necessary
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
