About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of criticized and classified assets consisting of less complex credits and products across Wholesale Banking lines of business
- Analyze company and industry performance and provide recommendations to senior relationship managers
- Evaluate business, operational, and technical challenges through research, analysis, and assessment of alternative solutions to support moderately complex risk-related deliverables
- Develop and present recommendations to resolve complex credit situations
- Build expertise in Credit Resolution policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Credit Resolution partners, internal stakeholders, and customers to support effective risk management and portfolio outcomes
- Contribute to risk mitigation strategies and strategic credit decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of Credit Resolution experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 2+ years of commercial or corporate lending experience in a credit-intensive role
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in commercial or corporate workouts, special assets, or credit resolution
- Working knowledge of loan documentation, including credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related legal documents
- Ability to gather, analyze, package, and present findings in a clear, logical, and insightful manner
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, meet deadlines, and achieve goals in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to work from one of the approved locations listed in the job posting
