Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the enterprise strategy for digital commerce experiences, tokenization capabilities, and next-generation payment ecosystems
Transform how customers initiate, authenticate, and complete purchases across digital channels
Oversee product strategy, commercialization, platform modernization, ecosystem partnerships, and regulatory readiness
Lead digital wallet platforms and service enablement, including third-party wallets, bank wallets, digital asset wallets, digital currency, stablecoin, and future wallet ecosystems
Direct digital credential and tokenization strategy, including network tokenization, Tokenized Account Number management, credential directories, vault management, card-on-file management, and token lifecycle management
Lead digital identity and payment authentication platforms, including 3DS 2.0, Open Authentication, and emerging approaches
Develop a persistent digital identity framework for digital commerce
Define product strategies and roadmaps for wallet customer experience, security and fraud reduction, and go-to-market/adoption growth
Partner with Technology, Digital, Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, Risk, Fraud, Operations, Finance, Strategy, Marketing, Debit and Credit teams, and external ecosystem partners
Drive growth, security, operational efficiency, modernization, and regulatory readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
6+ years of Management experience
Experience working with major payment networks, digital wallet providers, fintechs, and commerce platforms
Expertise in network tokenization, credential management, embedded finance, and digital commerce ecosystems
Experience leading large-scale modernization, digital transformation, or payment innovation programs
Strong understanding of consumer and commercial payment trends and emerging technologies
Ability to achieve results in a high complexity environment
Executive level communications
Ability to fulfill applicable risk and compliance obligations and follow Wells Fargo policies and procedures
