About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive strategy and execution for Auto Finance originations
- Frame and build forward-leaning ideas, including AI capabilities, for revenue generation and cost savings
- Build business cases for initiatives using data-driven insights
- Lead intent design and partner with Tech leadership to finalize Tech design
- Define and prioritize product features aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch for technology solutions
- Collaborate with business, tech, product, legal, compliance, and risk teams
- Mentor and develop less-tenured associates within the tech team
- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and company policy
- Champion agile methodologies and foster continuous improvement
- Translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations and clear communication
- Synthesize complex concepts into clear actions and decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 4+ years of experience with modern tech stacks (cloud, microservices, APIs, DevOps)
- 4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Experience supporting Auto Finance and/or Consumer Lending
- Ability to assess risk, implement solutions, and influence change
- Experience with AI
- Willingness to work on-site at one of the stated locations
- Must be able to work a hybrid work schedule
