About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound or outbound customer calls
  • Document quality issues and performance measures for management review
  • Oversee a group of service monitors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ year of Quality Assurance support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Extensive auto finance operational experience and deep knowledge of risk and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to perform quality reviews, identify and resolve data inaccuracies, and consistently meet production and departmental goals under pressure
  • Skilled in leading, coaching, and collaborating with teams to manage workflows, delegate tasks, and achieve business objectives
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including active listening, professional communication, and objective decision-making in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in auto collections
  • Experience in After Market
  • Must be able to work at location listed on the posting in a hybrid capacity
