About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner directly with business, product, and operational teams to understand workflows, pain points, controls, and transformation opportunities
- Design, develop, and prototype agentic AI solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and operational effectiveness
- Select appropriate intelligent solution patterns, including ML models, GenAI, agents, or no AI, and define success criteria
- Build working prototypes with Product and Technology teams using real users and data
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, workflows, and proof-of-concept solutions
- Leverage LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, tool use, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation methodologies
- Work with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Information Security, and other control partners to ensure solutions are explainable, auditable, and governance-aligned
- Contribute reusable patterns, capabilities, tools, evaluations, and reference architectures across business domains
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Help raise AI fluency across the organization
- Drive solutions from concept through implementation with measurable business outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 3+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, data science, solution architecture, or a related technical discipline
- Professional experience in a highly regulated environment
- Understanding of modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic and multi-agent architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks
- Experience within commercial banking, corporate banking, capital markets, lending, client onboarding, financial crimes, deal execution, sales/origination, trading, or related financial services domains
- Experience building AI-powered solutions with measurable business impact
- Experience with rapid prototyping in Python, Notebooks, or low-code tools
- Experience translating business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, and production AI deployment patterns
- Knowledge of model governance, AI risk management, responsible AI, privacy, and information security practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and control functions
- Proven ability to operate in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Must be able to work on-site at one of the listed locations
